House Description

Since the house is located on a corner lot with one street sloping down, there are actually two entrances. The garage is located on the very first floor with stairs up to the main level (there is both an automatic garage door opener as well as a smaller door cutout). Or, come in the door on the other street, entering a flower-filled garden with 5 steps up to the main front door.

The main level has a large living room with a gas fireplace open to a dining room. The kitchen is visible over a bar that separates it from the living room. This level also has a back patio with a bbq as well as one bedroom with a double bed and a full bath with shower.

The next floor houses the master suite (king sized bed, couch, tv, and private bath with shower and jacuzzi tub), two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two twin beds), a full bath with shower/bathtub, and the laundry room.

Up one more level is the terrace with breathtaking views of San Miguel and the surrounding countryside. There is a covered section with a couch and two chairs, a table for four with an umbrella, and a hammock. Also up on the roof is a small bathroom with a shower.

In addition, because of the way the house was built using natural volcanic rock as insulation, it is warmer than your average San Miguel house in the winter and cooler in the summer months.
