Terms and Conditions

Utilities are not included in the rental price. Water and electricity bills MUST remain in owner's name. Phone, cable, and internet can be contracted by the renter.

The house comes completely furnished and includes a fully-stocked kitchen (dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, eating utensils, pots, pans, etc.), bed linens, and towels. An inventory will be taken and included in the lease.

A rental agreement in both English and Spanish must be signed by both parties. First and last months rent plus the security deposit is due when the lease is signed.
